STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Strength Training is a key component in wrestling there are many times Coach Palmer will be instructing technique and due to lack of strength wrestlers are not performing these moves correctly. We will be using this training opportunity to build those muscle groups needed to be a successful wrestler on and off the mat!

 

Our focus this season will be:

 

  • Intro to weightlifting and proper form
  • Speed and agility
  • Focus on building individual muscle groups
  • Building strength and setting goals according to individual’s needs
  • Flexibility training and injury prevention

 

                         * Monday/Wednesday 5:30-6:30

                         * $ 60 Per Month
